Healthy Women, Children and Adolescents

The Baraka Family Health Sciences Network is dedicated to ensuring that healthcare providers and systems are attuned to the needs, preferences, and social contexts of vulnerable populations. We aim to support community members in acquiring knowledge on communicable and non-communicable diseases through sensitization and mobilization campaigns. Additionally, we strive to increase community access to preventive measures against these diseases and support access to treatment and care through linkage to local health service providers.

Adolescent Health Education Program:

We aim to develop and implement an education program targeting adolescents to promote healthy lifestyles, mental well-being, and awareness of reproductive health, ultimately contributing to a healthier future generation.

Community Outreach Initiatives

Our community outreach initiatives are designed to reach vulnerable populations and provide them with the necessary support and resources. From providing free health screenings to organizing health fairs, we strive to improve access to treatment and care for those in need. We collaborate with local health service providers to ensure that individuals receive the best possible care and support.

Quality Improvement in Health Facilities

Collaborate with healthcare facilities to implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that health services are delivered efficiently, safely, and per best practices, with a specific focus on maternal and child health.

Research on Family Health Dynamics

Conduct research projects focused on understanding the dynamics of family health in different communities, informing evidence-based interventions and contributing to the broader knowledge base in the field of family health.
